1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxe Hair Concierge. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure an appointment with Luxe Hair Concierge, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total fee at checkout. The remaining balance will be processed at the end of your appointment. You are allowed one reschedule before the deposit is forfeited.

3. Travel Fee

A $1 per mile fee will be charged for traveling to each guest's location. This fee is in addition to the cost of the services provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit. If you cancel or fail to reschedule within the allowed timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Video Consultation

A mandatory video consultation is required for all first-time clients. This allows us to assess your hair's condition and create a personalized treatment plan. The actual appointment will be scheduled during this consultation.

6. Services

Luxe Hair Concierge offers a range of hair services, including color correction, highlighting, smoothing treatments, extensions, and styling. Prices and details of services are available on our website and may vary based on individual client needs.

7. Chemical Service Waiver

Before receiving any hair color or smoothing service, clients must complete and sign a Chemical Service Waiver. This waiver includes:

Agreement and Consent:

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:

Chemical Service Process: I am requesting a hair color or smoothing service, which may include the application of permanent, semi-permanent, or temporary hair color, bleach, smoothing solutions, or other chemicals. I understand that the results of these services can vary depending on my hair type, condition, and history.
2. Allergic Reactions: I acknowledge that I have informed the salon of any known allergies or past reactions to hair color or smoothing products. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant medical information that may affect my suitability for chemical services.
3. Hair Condition: I understand that the condition of my hair prior to the service can affect the outcome and longevity of the hair color or smoothing treatment. I acknowledge that any existing damage to my hair can impact the results and that multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve my desired look.
4. Photographs: I consent to having before and after photographs taken of my hair for the salon's portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. I understand that these photos may be used on the salon's website, social media accounts, and other promotional materials.
5. Results and Maintenance: I understand that results may vary and that maintaining the color or smoothing treatment will require proper aftercare as advised by my stylist. I acknowledge that color fading, texture changes, and other alterations may occur over time and that follow-up appointments may be necessary to maintain my desired look.
6. Liability: I release the salon and its employees from any liability for any adverse reactions, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from the chemical service. I understand that while the salon takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience, results cannot be guaranteed.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver.

9. Liability
