How to book with Luxe Hair Concierge?
The easiest way to reserve your time is to call or text. Share your preferred date + time window, the service you’re looking for, and (if you have them) a few inspiration photos. We’ll reply with availability, timing, and your next steps.
What areas does Luxe Hair Concierge serve?
Luxe Hair Concierge serves St. Petersburg and The Tampa Bay area. On-site, Hotel, Home or Office we've got you covered!
Do you need a video consultation to book?
Not typically. Most appointments are confirmed with a quick phone or text consult plus inspiration photos—simple, efficient, and tailored to your schedule.
When is a video consultation recommended?
Video consultations are part of our Signature Planning Experience and are reserved for premium, highly customized services, including:
Bridal services / wedding weekends
Color correction
Significant transformations (major lightening, corrective planning, extension changes)
Do you charge a travel fee?
We do charge a travel fee of $1/ mile to your requested location round trip from Downtown St. Petersburg, this will be included in your consultation quote and charged on your final invoice.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Ensure your hair is clean and free of styling products. Please share any specific requests or inspirations during your consultation. We provide all the products, tools and equipment to get the job done, chair included. All we ask is for a well lit space with electric and sink access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Apple pay, Zelle and Venmo for your convenience. We may require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment, which is applied to your total fee at checkout. The remaining balance is processed at the end of your appointment.
Do you provide services for guests staying at The Vinoy Hotel and surrounding Downtown St. Petersburg hotels?
Yes we provide in-room and onsite services to hotel guests. Luxe Hair Concierge is a frequently referred vendor and work closely with local concierge teams. We are not affiliated with the hotels we are solely an independent vendor. As a courtesy we waive our travel fee for guests of The Vinoy and select local hotels.
