Do you need a video consultation to book?

Not typically. Most appointments are confirmed with a quick phone or text consult plus inspiration photos—simple, efficient, and tailored to your schedule.

When is a video consultation recommended?

Video consultations are part of our Signature Planning Experience and are reserved for premium, highly customized services, including: Bridal services / wedding weekends, Color correction, and Significant transformations (major lightening, corrective planning, extension changes).

Do you charge a travel fee?

We do charge a travel fee of $1/ mile to your requested location round trip from Downtown St. Petersburg, this will be included in your consultation quote and charged on your final invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Apple pay, Zelle and Venmo for your convenience. We may require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment, which is applied to your total fee at checkout. The remaining balance is processed at the end of your appointment.
